Domestic Rate Schedule

Domestic Surveillance & Investigations:
$85.00 per hour, .55¢ per mile, plus expenses (4 Hour Minimum)

Courthouse Records Search:
$50.00 per hour, .55¢ per mile, plus expenses

Process Server (Subpoena Service):
$50.00 per hour, .50¢ per mile (Minimum $75.00 Fee) or a Flat Rate of $125.00 per service with up to two attempts on each service.

Place of Employment Search:
$250.00 per Subject ($35.00 no hit fee)
You provide us with your subject’s name, address, phone number and Social Security number. We provide you with their employer’s name, location and phone number.

Utility Search: $100.00 per search ($25.00 no hit fee) You provide us with your subject’s name, city (optional) and Social Security number. We will provide you with the address where your subject has current utilities.

Skip-Tracing Services:
**$250.00 per locate ($50.00 no hit fee)

Locate Services:
**$50.00 with any surveillance or investigation
**(Above prices include database searches only.)
Any detailed locates requiring extensive investigations will be charged at an hourly rate of $75.00 per hour, plus expenses

Computer Forensics:
Any Computer Forensics work will be billed at a Flat Rate of $475.00 for up to 5 Hours. Any additional work beyond the first 5 Hours will be billed at $75.00 per Hour.

Cellular Phone Forensics:
Any Cellular Phone Forensics work will be billed at a Flat Rate of $275.00 per phone up to 2.5 Hours. Any additional work beyond the first 2.5 Hours will be billed at $75.00 per Hour.

Cellular CNA: $125.00 per cell number ($20.00 no hit fee) You provide us with the cellular phone number and we will provide you with the subject’s name, billing address and contact number (if available)

Cell Find: $130.00 per locate ($40.00 no hit fee) You provide us with the subject’s name, Social Security number, state you would like to search. We will provide you with the subject’s active cellular number.

Debugging: Residential
$375.00 per hour with a (2-Hour) minimum fee. $75.00 per vehicle or $50.00 per vehicle for two or more vehicles.

Debugging: Business
$375.00 per hour with a (2-Hour) minimum fee. Any Computer Forensics work needed will be billed at a Flat Rate starting at $475.00 per computer for up to 5 Hours. Any additional computer work beyond the first 5 Hours will be billed at $75.00 per Hour. (With client’s approval)

Flat Rate Charges

Domestic Surveillance & Investigations:
Georgia Flat Rates:

$450.00 per half day. Price includes travel time to and from case, a total of 4 consecutive surveillance hours and mileage. Extra expenses and excess mileage are not covered.

$700.00 per full day. Price includes travel time to and from case, a total of 8 consecutive surveillance hours and mileage. (Full day cases may be split up for and additional mileage charge) Extra expenses and excess mileage are not covered.

*Extra Expenses: Event tickets, tolls, additional videotapes etc.

*Excess Mileage: After arriving onsite, any miles over 50 per day to be billed at .50¢ per mile.

**Peach State Investigations, Inc. is fully Licensed, Bonded and Insured with Workers Compensation as well as $1,000,000.00 General Liability and E&O Insurance. A copy of our Liability policy can be provided to you with your company listed as the certificate holder at your request.
